It's hard to say why this happens. I think the YouTube software chooses a still from midway in a submitted video.

Regardless, thanks for the vid. Very nice. :)

3. Why not just let the Wright issue die?
It's over, no need to be defensive about Wright forever.

She is awesome BTW, she spoke at the university I attend a while back, powerful stuff.
