We can't tell. Singilar Point seems to have had a serious collision with logic and has had serious damage to his capacity to deal with reality.

Well, sometimes people can't handle the tension of a real contest, they just want a leader declared so they can go back to their submissive follower behavior. They retreat into a fantasy world where nothing needs deliberation or planning. That and they presume victory on weak evidence with no regard for future outcomes. They, in fact, drool over the prospect of short term victory.
