This is from May 2007 as the Congress was voting to continue funding the war and adding the benchmarks for success, passage of the draft Iraq Oil/Hydrocarbon Law was one of the benchmarks.

Not one follow up question and not one protest from another candidate that what Dennis was saying was not true. They let the issue die every time he brought it up.
