From the video:
Carter: "I'm gonna try everything I can to get him to agree to peaceful resolution of differences both with the Isrealis through Gaza and also with Fatah. But I'm not a negotiator. I'm trying to understand different opinions and communicate, provide communications, between people who won't communicate with each other."

3. What a world it would be without all the politics...eh Jimmy?

I think President Carter is one of the bravest, most devoted people on this earth with respect to "peace". He doesn't let all the political bullshit slow him down. If anyone can help bring peace to the Middle East, why not try?

I am ashamed at the rest of the political world that will allow the hatred and killing to go on because they refuse to listen to each other. Such closed minded fools.

4. One of the most courageous men every
It doesn't take any courage for the Rambos in this administration or in Israel to push buttons and make declarations of hate.

6. The more pundits complain...
The more pundits complain about President Carter, the more sure I become that President Carter is right. This government has not done enough to broker a peace in the middle east. President Carter is, in my opinion, a Christian. I don't see anything wrong with treating people the way I would like to be treated.
