From the news story quoted by Waters:

"An alternative scenario floating in Israel and Lebanon is that the real purpose of the strike was to force Syria to switch on the targeting electronics for newly received Russian anti-aircraft defenses."

Remember this story from 2004?

I recall reading in another article, which I can't for the life of me find now, that the Iranian military was convinced these "UFOs" were US spy planes buzzing their cities in an effort to get them to turn on their new Russian air defense systems, but the Iranians declined to fall for it, knowing as many of their top air force generals do about US tactics (which they learned from their US teachers during the Shah's reign).

which I doubt. I lost all faith in this country and it's people. When you have a president that can get on national TV and basically say: "When I told we "don't" torture - I was lying - furthermore, not only did I approve of it - I like it. And what the fuck are you going to do about it?", and we as a people, the press as a whole DO NOTHING - it's OVER. Wrap it up - you're done. Go dig a hole in your back yard and jump the fuck in.

They're setting us up for the big one. This is my spin and these cretins haven't disappointed me yet (and God how I wish they would).

They'll be another "false flag" attack. Bigger than 9/11. Alten's Shell Game is probably truer than most want to think. It will be blamed on Iran. bush will nuke Iran. What will happen geopolitical, I don't know. Not total nuclear war, although that might be just wishful thinking, and if that happens everything is a moot point anyway, but, bush will use the chaos from collapsing economy, food riots, and repercussions from the attack to declare Marshall Law. We'll submit, like the sheep we are, and if you don't you'll be tasered, micro-waved or worse. The election will go off on time because they'll want to keep an illusion of legitimacy, but it will so tainted as not to matter and it's "war-hero" McInsane by a Diebold pubic hair because we can't have no wimpy peace guy or women in a "time of all-out war"!

Kind of a logistical question, because I have do doubt that if Bush decides to go, he'll go -- but I just don't see HOW.

11. Global Strike

It's a good question - There's no troops, no money, no popular support for any kind of invasion of Iran. So I feel like it's really unlikely that they'll try it. But there's still that nagging doubt, because according to Cheney's plan, they won't need ground forces. The attack plan seems to just involve massive air strikes. Which I guess they're still capable of doing. So it's still possible, however crazy it might sound.

And, I think the Kyl-Lieberman thing is like the IWR in that in THEORY Bush would need to get approval to actually take action, but won't worry his pretty little head with details like that if he decides it's a 'go'. :grr:

bush has got the navy is mass off Iran coast. Once an attack is started we'd be looking at Marshall Law and mandatory conscription into war effort for all military aged men and women. And they'll be many that won't say a word about it because it will be the only place you'll be able to eat.

This country is DONE!!! We have about until end of July at most before a "false flag" attack brings the sheeple back into line. An attack on Iran will commence right after.

Their house of cards is falling. More and more their crimes are coming to surface and there is NO WAY they will give-up the power they have and hand it over to any one that can threaten them. We're in the fight of our lives and we're going to lose because too many people are in denial of what is happening right in front of them. The depth of brain-washed people in this country is almost unimaginable.

Last night I got in a conversation with two men on a conference that had something to do with National Guard, older guys, who were completely brainwashed. When I asked them why we're in Iraq, they got belligerent. When I tried to explain that I just didn't understand why we're there they said because of 9/11. When I asked what Iraq had to do with 9/11 they couldn't provide a coherent answer. I mentioned that 17 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi-Arabia and not one was from Iraq they called me a liar! I tell you, it's fucking insane! This country is full of absolute dumb-ass lemmings. We DESERVE to be destroyed!

As we speak police are collecting DNA from innocent citizens. Preachers by the thousands are working for FEMA spreading servitude to the State. Armed FEMA camps are built and staffed. Police are currently planning to implement Marshal Law - and soon! We're DONE! If we don't take to the streets and take over everything NOW - which we won't, it's March Madness, can't leave the TV - idiots - it's over.
