I wrote to Bill Maher and complained about how he lets Joe dominate the whole show every time he had him on. I fear for Rachel though. I hope she has some strong suits backing her up when she fights back or she'll end up not being asked back.

dance circles around him with her eyes closed. She's at least 10 times more intelligent than he is,
and he knows it.

When he tries to cut her off (as he does so often, with so many), she doesn't let him get away with it,
insisting politely but with determination on finishing her point. And he can't STAND that.

She also holds her own with that Bush marionnette, Pat Buchanan.

When he says, "I don't want to be condescending...," what he means is, "I sure as hell wish I could be
condescending, but you won't f***in' let me!"

I'm sure Joe "Scarborough Country" Scarborough is going to get pissier the more that she appears on MSNBC. He's been getting to do his alpha-male schtick for several years and now there's a woman (gasp!) on the network who can beat him in a debate, even with him trying to interrupt her as much as possible, and whom I've never seen appear visibly flustered either. I'm sure this shakes Morning Joe up more than a little.

So he would not continue the exchange. I saw that when they came back from the commercial that Scarborough was gone but I thought the network took him out for not saying his prediction and engaging Rachel - what proof do you have he worked off the set. I am not a supporter of Scarborough, only trying to be objective and get at the truth - what proof is there that Scarborough walked and that the network did not take him off?

I know Rachel was correct Scarborough tried to cut her off and she defended herself and I was gearing her and on and proud she defended her self. I hate when guys cut off women on these shows.

She said she was just amazed that he got so upset at her--she said that during the commercial she called a friend on her cell to talk to her about how crazy it was that Miguel Tejada had lied about his age, that's how much of a non-issue she thought her response to him was. She also said that the producer told her in her ear, "Joe took off his mic and left the set" because otherwise she would have never known.

I've never been able to figure out how to email MSNBC - does anyone know how? I'd like to email and tell them how much I enjoy watching Rachel on their show - but can never figure out how to do that.

I would hope some positive emails would help any backlash that might occur (maybe none?) from this incident.
