He just loves to hear himself talk. Thats why they always interrupt. I know a few of these people at my work and can't stand to even have to listen to their drowning out voices in the cafeteria. Its a way of saying,"LOOK AT ME, I TALK THE MOST SO I MUST BE RIGHT!" Kind of takes me back to what one of my elementary teachers said to the class,"When you are talking you can't learn anything, listening is the only way to learn."

I honestly can't stand this little weazel. His nervous chuckle pretty much tells it all. They ought to roast his ass with some serious questions about the crap he perpetuates on his program.
