.. technically he is not asking people to start riots or telling them how - as far as I can tell.

He is hoping that Democrats will do it, if him and his dildoheads (at least thats how the gasbag will spin it) can force it to go the convention, and see a development there that will make people riot.

If you don't want Hillary, Obama or the GOP to parse and spin words, you should be very careful about doing it yourselves.

That does of course not take anything away from the fact that he is asking people to disrupt DNCs process. I don't know how the partys primaries are viewed in terms of being a part of the democratic process, so I don't know how close he is to breaking any laws.

It is despicable though.
