Clinton goes after Obama directly on housing and the gas tax, portraying him as out of touch on bread and butter issues. http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0408/Clinton_Trouble.html#comments

of the two, I'd be inclined to think Hillary is more out of touch on bread and butter issues than is Obama.

9. What about the money depleted |
|
from the Highway Trust Fund? Are people so dumb that they can't remember that the Minnesota bridge collapsed about a year ago, 4/1/07? Hillary Clinton is banking on the stupidity of American voters. I bet if it would have happened on 5/1/07 Hillary wouldn't support this gas tax. She would realize that the 1-year anniversary was just around the corner instead of 1-month ago.

pretend that there is some federal authority that can just suspend all foreclosures with the wave of a magic wand, fail to pass a provision to allow a bankruptcy judge to basically do that, pass a bill that makes foreclosure easier, and oh yeah, pretend that i would pass a windfall profits tax in a million fucking years. please go home hillary. we have had enough of republican presidents. and yes, when you do all that, AND send newt gingrich out to blow smoke for you, yes you are a republican.

would willingly give of it's "windfall profits" to pay shit towards paying suspended gas taxes, I'd like to sell you a bridge. Real cheap too. Her ad's are insulting to our intelligence.
Hey Hillary, pull the other one...
