Be sure you check out The 6 Degrees Of Barack Obama: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=5732724&mesg_id=5732724

PS---Keep in mind you can always watch The Young Turks 24 hours a day at www.theyoungturks.com . The streaming video/audio means you can minimize the window and surf the net or post at DU while you hear Cenk break down the latest politics.

And you can also join the chat while the show is on live from 3-5pm EST, and during the post game show (where in addition to politics, many other less serious topics are discussed) from 5-7pm EST.

1. That is exactly right and the reason I dislike her so much now and I will never vote for her
not in a million years and hell can freeze because that does not even matter, never, never, never ....

23. I promised that
if Hillary got the nomination I would vote for her.

But now, I'm so angry at her low-handed tactics, I don't think I can.

But if I don't McCain might win.

And then where would we be?

6. Hillary has no shame
And she will do ANYTHING to steal this away. At least us Obama supporters have a clear conscience on our choice. Not that that always wins but Obama is a real gentleman. Rev Wright's press conference had a little help from one of Hillary's Henchmen.

11. My wife and I will vote for all the other Dems in November, but not HRC
My wife and I are so fed up with the Clinton campaign's search and destroy, swift-boating of Obama, ergo - either win the nomination at any cost for HRC or make certain that Obama can't win nationally in November so HRC can take another crack at it in 2012. Unadulterated and absolutely immoral ambition rules the Clintons - and loyalty for the well-being of the Democratic party be damned.

My wife and I are lifelong Democrats. We have always voted for the Democratic candidates and whoever was the Democratic presidential nominee. My first national election was in 1968 - my wife's first one was 1972.

I'm an "old" pro-feminist, since the ERA struggle back in the '70s. I've always hoped that a woman would be elected president before I died. That said, in my wife's and my opinion - HRC simply isn't moral or ethical enough to be the first one.

My wife and I have agreed that come November if HRC is the Democratic nominee, we'll either vote for a third party (Nader?) presidential candidate or just not vote for president at all. We'll still vote for all the other Democratic candidates (federal, state, local). No way would we ever vote for John "McBush" McCain. -- Michael

12. He swiftboated her, even if his followers can't see it.
On race, on Iraq, on oil and lobbyist money... But I know, someone will shout "links?" as though they've never heard it, and the next post will call me names, and the next will express sorrow at how uninformed I am...

But it's the truth.

16. Thats not called swiftboating
Those are what used to be known as "Valid issues" for presidential candidates.
Attacking someone based on their record/stance/activities is what someone SHOULD do. If you hold the position that we should be using torture on people in secret prisions, I am going to attack you on that issue. (This is a theoretical example, not one that applies to any democratic candidate.)

Unfortunately now the political discourse has devolved into bullshit lies and non-issues like flag pins, whose pastor said what, whose husband got some strange, etc etc.

22. You enjoy non-substantive, non-issue based smear campaigns?
It's really sad that so many people who think they're progressive are not only allowing this bullshit, but actively encouraging it.
