He is right. There is no reason why the politicians in this country need to be raised up on pedestals. A healthy democracy requires healthy dialogue between the People and those they elect to represent them and spend their tax dollars.
Somehow, our politicians have become celebrities and most people have forgotten that THEY WORK FOR US. We give them their paychecks.
Looking forward to the country being set right in 2009.
