1. Clinton, McCain, Lieberman voted against.
(Partial list)

In favor of ban:

Boxer, Byrd, Durbin, Feingold, Feinstein, Kennedy, Kerry, Leahy, Levin, Obama, Reid.

Against:

Bayh, Biden, Brownback, Chambliss, Coleman, Clinton, Dodd, Dole, Frist, Graham, Hagel, Inhofe, Lautenberg, Lieberman, Lott, McCain, Rockefeller, Santorum, Schumer, Specter.

--------------------------
Perhaps Hillary is in the wrong party? (only one repuke voted in favor).
The bill in the US congress would only ban cluster bombs in civilian areas.
How anyone with a conscience could be against that is beyond me!

4. It seems a 2nd bill
sponsored by Leahy and Feinstein was passed in the Senate in 2007, which provided only a partial ban and banned use in known civilian areas. I don't know if it survived Bush's veto though. but once again, Obama voted in favor while Hillary along with McWar and Lieberman voted against it.
