13. That argument doesn't fly anymore.
The Obama camp is the one using the tricky math to show themeselves ahead now ("we don't count Puerto Rico since they don't vote in the GE, etc).

Same shoe, different foot. No high ground for you, either.

22. Hillary has been saying this for weeks and it is obviously not true.
When you count Michican where Obama would have zero and then not count the caucases where Obama has won you are not adding it up correctly. It is this type of lying that has gotten her supporters upset (they really believe her). This is not helping. She wonders why the superdelegates are not falling for it??? They know how to add! Not only this but the polls are now showing that many of the states that Hillary did win would now go for Obama. So the math that "she has won the big states needed to win the GE" is no longer adding up. She has put on a very tough fight and I believe she would have made a very good president. We were lucky to have such good candidates running (look at what the republicans had a choice of). Barack Obama is who we need as president of the United States right now. He has a lot of work to do and he needs the support of everyone in the demcratic party (and any other party)so he can have the success needed to help our country.

28. yeah, it's a sad sight...
To see all these Hillary supporters who refuse to face reality basically turn into Bush 28%-ers. They've invested so much in their leader--both emotionally and financially--that they accept whatever crap they're told, as long as at confirms the narrative they've been instructed to believe. "I have more votes." "Yes, ma'am." "I'm the victim of vicious sexism, whereas my opponent has benefited from being black--a black man always gets treated better than a white woman, you know." "Yes, ma'am."

And, like you point out, a lot of former Hillary voters are now not only accepting Obama's win but have started to regret voting for Hillary because they've become disgusted with her behavior since they voted. Even if she actually had more votes, how many of those people would still vote for her, given how they've seen her act since they originally voted for her?

7. Where was Clinton when Al Gore had the most popular votes?
(not to say she does). I don't recall her saying claiming that even with the Electoral College and the Supreme Court, the decent thing would be for Bush to step aside. - And that was in a real election. The primaries and caucuses are strictly party business and each party gets to decide how to pick their nominee. That's why the Republicans are winner take all and the Democrats are proportional. She needs to drop this meme of trying to convince the public that the Democrats are undemocratic.

Still waiting for any movement on that notion. If she were really serious about truly disenfranchised voters...

15. What I heard was.......
she has the most votes of any RUNNER-UP in history. Not the most of any candidate. Anyway, Barack doesn't have as many as she does because she doesn't recognize all the people that voted for him. They're not legit. (think Oh Brother, Where are Thou)

16. Hillary does not have the delegates to win..so what is the point here
other than to continue to rally her supporters to hate the fact that she LOST!!!! So that perhaps they will remain bitter and so Obama will lose in November? I can't wait to hear her campaign for him.

20. It does sound Rovarian doesn't it?
I saw a video of an interview with Chris Matthews and Keith Ohberman where they asked her why in January of 2008 she was saying that the votes in MI and FL shouldn't count. And their question to her was why did she say that then and now she wants them to count?

And her answer was: "Well, you know, that was just Campaign jargon."

LOL

Another word for lying? Like mis-speaking? Like Sniper fire?

23. Only Using Dumbya's "Fuzzy Math"
Dear Ms. Hillary,

The primary is over. You lost. Senator Obama and his supporters are actively trying to beat George W McLame in the upcoming general election. One of the main reasons we don't want to see McLame as President is that he represents a continuation of the Bush Administration ... yes, the same Bush who replied to statistical truths that Al Gore would offer in the 2000 debates as "Fuzzy Math."

We've had enough of the "Fuzzy Math" excuses. The fact is, Ms. Hillary, that math is NOT fuzzy. It is razor sharp! Unfuzzy math calculated, with mind boggling precision, the path of an unguided satellite though the solar system with such accuracy that that satellite passed through the rings of Saturn at a point (compared to the originally specified point) that was the equivalent of a golfer sinking a 500 mile putt on a green with many hills and valleys!

It was once pointed out, undoubtedly with a hint of sarcasm, that "figures don't lie, liars figure." Unfuzzy math determined weeks ago that the primary process had already determined a winner in this contest and that winner was, and still is, Senator Obama. So please stop with the "figuring" using Bushian "Fuzzy Math", Ms. Hillary, and show us a brief glimpse of your well-touted intellect and acknowledge defeat instead of playing games based solely upon "Fuzzy Math."

What a fucking liar she is.

She and her people go on and on about "disenfranchisement" and elections in Zimbabwe showing the need for democracy, but here she just denies the existence of over a million Democratic voters.

32. 17,916,763 people have voted for Hillary Clinton to be the nominee
This number is the most inclusive total available on the Real Clear Politics website.
See: www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/democratic_vote_count.html

The only way Barack Obama overtakes this number is if you include estimated vote totals from the caucus states that did not publish numbers (Iowa, Nevada, Washington & Maine) - plus you have to give him all (or at least 82%) of Michigan's "uncommitted" votes.
