3. Depends on where you live.
Here in Seattle, we had made great inroads in integration, until someone told us that bussing kids to schools outside their neighborhoods was unconstitutional.

The other day, there was a front-page article on how Seattle schools are now becoming segregated again.

We were trying to do it right.

The assholes in power changed that.

All for the worse.
