The votes aren't there for impeachment even if every single Dem voted for it, and the TIME is not there either. Yes, Bush and Cheney are HORRID, but impeachment won't work and will distract from everything else. Way too politically risky and too much of a distraction from our other national priorities. Better to allow Bush to hang around another few months so we can attack the hell out of him since he'll continue to act like and idiot and say STUPID things, and we can glue him too McCain and the rest of the R party whom we'll sink at the voting booth in November.

13. The impeachment idea is like a liberal twinkie. Tastes good, but no real food value.

Sorry folks, I can't stand Bush either, but the TIME and CONGRESSIONAL VOTES do not exist to achieve impeachment/removal, and the political damage it could do to our cause is far to much to risk. The nation has enough on its plate and I don't think wants to be drug through a long, tough impeachment proceeding that will not succeed in the end even with every Dem supporting it. Ideally, it would be nice to impeach and remove the bastards. In REALITY, it WILL NOT happen and the blowback would be BAD for us. Better to allow Bush and Cheney to keep acting like to complete ASSHOLES for another few months so they can be our electoral lightening rod. Chins up folks, we'll get the bastards at the voting booth come November.
