McCain: Bringing Troops Home From Iraq "Not Too Important"
Having apparently learned nothing from the "100 Years" backlash, McCain tells the Today Show he can't give a good estimate of when troops would come home, "but that's not too important."

3. McCain's argument is cynical beyond belief

• Americans don't care about being lied into a war, they just care about American soldiers being killed.
• As long as American soldiers aren't being killed, they can stay in Iraq until doomsday protecting oil fields under US control and management of private US oil companies;
• The war, in fact, was about oil and the reason for energy independence is so that American force won't "have to" fight dirty imperialist wars.

McCain as president will just be a kinder, gentler war criminal.

I know what you mean about the screwy weather as of late. Everyone I know has taken to calling it June-uary since it seems to resemble January more than June. I have the misfortune of having to work outside in it. Instead of working on my tan I am fighting a losing battle to keep from growing moss.
