About once a month, my video, "Seven Minutes: the 9/11 split screen video", receives a comment from some Bush apologist saying, "He didn't want to frighten the children!" or "What was he to do?"

This is my video response to them.

6. From 9/11 to Katrina - nothing changed

Katrina was our 9/11 - as far as I'm concerned, Bush stole a year or more from my father, who had had mid-stage Alzheimer's when Katrina struck. My father, a WWII wounded vet, is now in a VA hospital for the rest of his life; we had to put him there six months after Katrina. I look forward to the day that the picture of the two draft-dodging SOB's that adorn government offices are removed.

He evidently wasn't worried about the children's safety either. How could they know, since it was supposedly a surprise attack, that a highjacked plane from the nearby Sarasota airport wasn't approaching and going to crash into the school at any second?

He didn't even ask how or where or how the attack happened! Card doesn't wait to see if there's a response from the shrub. He wasn't surprised in the least! They knew it was coming. Able Danger!
They(Cheney, Rumsfeld, other PNAC members) had already written about what this event would enable them to do years before it even happened.
