this isn't just another "inept" presidency ---

This is as criminal as Nixon and Reagan --- who should also have been impeached ---
and more skilled at thumbing their noses at Congress.

Are they going to get away with it?

As I see it, this is also an opportunity for the Democratic Congress to at the very least
stand up against the evils of this administration, even if it doesn't result in removing
him from office. Get it all on the record.

great opinions he read also. I really think they're dropping the ball. Shame on them - Congress looks impotent and unable to stop an out of control 'dictator' type thug, even when they have the majority in Congress that can at least debate it and vote on it to be sent to the Senate.

5. Pelosi doesn't want her historical place to be sullied

by the "dirty" job of impeaching a President.

At least that's my take.

When she sighed at Congressman Kucinich requesting a call of the House to order before reading the 35, that is the sound clip that should haunt her legacy.

And it's not just Pelosi, she gets to take the heat, how many others stood with Congressman Kucinich?

When I was talking with my Congressman's staffer I asked where is his leadership. I didn't expect him to be a Kucinich but I expected him to do the generic more. The staffer and I chuckled when I said I don't expect him to be a Kucinich but I really got steamed after I thought about it. Not everyone can show the leadership that Kucinich has shown. Not everyone can stick his neck out and stand up for what is right. Not everyone could stand the disregard and contempt that Kucinich must face. I expect leadership out of my Representatives, not just representation. Kucinich is among the Democratic party's finest. A true leader. Every American deserves a Kucinich, not just another representative.
