1. Rallying the people to pitch in. To sacrifice some of their comforts and
time to help others.

4. After hearing Barack's Father's Day speech this
is exactly what he said about "responsibility" put into action.

He's a man of his word. But his actions here speak volumns about who he is as a man and father.

So Happy Father's Day Barack. Hope you are in the company of your family.

5. That's why we worked so hard to get him into
the Senate, he leads by example instead of telling us where to go (like bush/cheney). There's suppose to be a joke in there if you can find it. ;)

9. there aren't any comments on YouTube yet
I tried to comment some very positive stuff but it never showed. With over 4,000 views, something must be wrong with that? Has anybody else tried to comment yet?

BTW, of all the videos I've seen, this is by far the best one because we can actually hear him speak.

10. God, but it's nice to see someone who genuinely cares.
Especially after 7+ years of the Clown in Chief.

11. Glad Obama is there. But it seems he's the only one there. Where is Hillary? Or Bill?
Or anyone else out there. Shoot, even Obama supporters when down there. I wish I wasn't living across the country and funds weren't tight. I'd be out there in a drop of a hat.

12. In all fairness......................
John McCain would have a stroke if he tried to lift a tea bag... much less a sand bag.

13. If he really cared, he'd fly over at 3,000 feet like GWB did in NOLA.
Y'know, to get the big picture and all.

17. He's not even President yet
And he's going to make sure they get what they need.

Well, maybe he's just doing his job as Senator, but hey, he's still doing that while campaigning for President!

19. It was a photo op.
Bush liked to do his clearing Brush. Half his administration dressed up like working people and went to New Orleans.

Any body can fill a bag of dirt with camera's rolling. It takes a lot more than one bag to build a levee, and I saw nothing that said Obama spent an entire day there working without cameras. It will be in policies that Obama peruses and establishes once he is President that shows whether or not he cares one dog dingle for the people he wants to elect him. This is meaningless politics.
