McCain's tax cuts SCREW ordinary Americans: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=385x147839We have the facts to support that, unless someone wants to argue that the top 10% are "ordinary".

2. Ok people. After Mr. Russert died, may he rest in peace, a lot of folks seemed to forget that |
|
he carried water for the fuhrer. When you bring it up after his death, people get upset. Well for the record, before his death, and I hope he lives a long and healthy life, I want to say that Brit Hume is carrying the fuhrers water. He is a fascist sympathizer like Russert. Sorry but I can't forgive fascist sympathizers.
If republicans can declare a war on drugs and a war on terror, I am declaring a war on those that want to destroy our freedom. Not a very catchy slogan I admit. How about a war on fascism?

5. What does Russert have to do with this? And is that French, German or Italian fascism? |

9. The republicants have moved this government a long ways toward fascism. Look up the definition. |
|
Right here in rivercity Dollface. And what I am trying to do is point out how these corporate shills like Russert and Hume are not speaking up against the attacks on our freedoms. Did either one of them speak out when we lost habeas corpus? or on domestic spying, or on how Blackwater soldiers get paid ten times what our soldiers do. No. They are corporatist shills.

7. Russert was a pompous clown, but he and Hume aren't even comperable |
|
Hume is MUCH worse. Just look in that clip how he expresses his opinion in the face of data which indicate otherwise.
There's a clip on media matters where he's talking about the estate tax with that same group of talking heads, and he actually refers to the Republicans as "we" when discussing how they forced the Democrats to compromise by reducing the "death tax" while raising the minimum wage.

that williams actually has an opinion not handed to him by his fox puppeteers.
on edit: i agree, don't forgive the fascist sympathizers.
wasn't it Mussolini who said, "fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism, for it is the combining of corporate powers with those of the state"?

What the hell planet is he on????
Only in a depressed Bush-world would a 5% increase in unemployment be declared progress. "Well, it ain't 6%!" Y'know, there was a time before the Bush tax cuts. There was a time we had a surplus. You can't say the very cause of losing that surplus is helping because things are a little better now than last week. Those tax cut started digging the hole we're in now! Basically their spin is "Well, it could be worse!"
Obama should frame it as "The disastrous Bush tax experiment is over. It was a failure. It's time to go back to something we know works better. It's time for the 1% and corporations, who have been on holiday for 8 years. to now pay the piper."
