Adam Clayton Powell takes his case to the Supreme Court as the House strips him of his seat in Congress.

David Brinkley points that there is no high authority if what the Court rules conflicts with what the House rules.

Powell also contacts his inner W. Bush as he states (something like) 'we have 3 branches of Government and that's a monumental event in American history' .... hmmm, wasn't it like that since 1776???
