I called one of my sisters today to commiserate. She and I started listening to Carlin from his first album and never stopped. We got to see him live in Vegas, and laughed 'till we had tears running down our faces.
As soon as I heard he had died (oops, I mean, passed away), I thought of my sister, and knew I had to call her.
She is my Carlin buddy.

In circa 1981, the University of Pennsylavia's radio station, WXPN, lost their FCC license and was kicked off the air for a while because a student played Carlin's 7 words you can't say on the radio.

I'm so thankful to have had him cheer me up throughout the years. He has always put things in perspective more so than anyone else. I seldom disagreed with him as crazy as it may sound.
