Not because of the contents or the message, but because of the presentation. People are lazy. They don't want to read all that stuff, especially not some boring article from the Constitution. They'll turn it off and watch something else. Kucinich should have hired someone to read the text out loud (or read it himself).

The complete lack of accountability and blocked investigations have lent this administration a false aura of legitimacy: only impeachment is too serious to ignore, and it can partly block the avalanche of pardons that is surely coming. Impeachment is a vital part of the Constitution, and it is only "off the table" when Congress is "off duty".
