Karl Rove “remarkably says no to a lawful subpoena” to appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday to testify about the Don Siegelman prosecution by claiming executive privilege despite previously stating that he had no discussions with the White House about the case. to the Executive the moment they took impeachment off the table. Now they are nothing but a bunch of puffed up gasbags.
