Tens of thousands of Americans have put their names on the line by signing the petition supporting Articles of Impeachment against the President . In the next few days, it will become clear whether Congress will respond or further action is necessary.

Here's a copy of the message I submitted with my petition:

I am reminded of congresswoman Barbara Jordan's articles of impeachment speech on the House floor with respect to Richard Nixon.

And in my opinion Nixon pales in comparison to the violation of office, the high crimes and misdemeanors, and the constitution wrecking actions of George W. Bush.

If there was any time in our country's history where there was an absolute clear case that a President's actions 'required' congress to conduct impeachment proceedings - today would be that time more than any other. There is more than sufficient evidence to require congress to do their congressional 'duty' they swore to uphold.

Representative Kucinich, I admire your conviction and dedication to our country and our constitution.
