2. Minnesota has a better voting system than most states.

a) Statewide optical-scan paper ballots.
b) Random audits.
c) Election Day registration (while people are waiting in line at the polls, an election worker asks if anyone isn't registered. If so, that voter can step off-the-line, get registered via the election worker's portable computer, and return to the line.)

9. what you're not getting is the next phase, where a DIEbold or ESS machine reads

that paper, programmed to do whatever its master programmed it to do. And judges are NOT permitting hand counts or recounts all over the country.
