10. Don't you get it yet?

The GOP turned out 21 million in the primaries.

The Democrats turned out 38 million.

That's it. That's the election, right there.

Anybody who tells you this is going to be close is interested in preserving the status quo.

Why are the MSM allowed to repeat such obviously jaded and unfair personal attacks in support of whatever supposition they want to vomit onto the TV screen?
WHAT THE FUCK? :wtf:

4. David Gregory biased toward McCain, then asks 'why isn't Obama
winning by more?' would be my suggestion for the title of this thread. This was an excellent example of how the interviewer is able to make his interviews more like editorials than interviews. DG was setting up each "question" to his panel with his own opinion stated over and over and over and over.

Thanks for the post and to whoever did the editing.

6. Obama could be God....on the Democratic ticket...and STILL would only get 53-47 in the general ....
This country is so stinking polarized politically, that in my humble opinion, 99% of repugs are going to vote repug, and maybe slightly less Democrats are going to vote Democrat.

I don't buy this bullshit title of "independent". Maybe "a few" are...but the majority, again in my humble opinion, just don't want to be identified with "a label", but they are just as repug and Democratic as those IN the parties.

We are going to elect Obama, but the right wingers and repugs are going to vote for the feeble old fart, regardless of what the candidates do between now and November. It makes NO DIFFERENCE!

7. David Gregory does not seem to be good at running a talking head show.
He is a bit obnoxious, and scattered.

9. Obama glows?
Edited on Sun Jul-13-08 02:24 AM by AlbertCat
I had no idea!

What the hell are they talking about?

Why doesn't he have MORE of a lead? This is a question? How about because you guys are making up issues. His glow? Was that brighter than Hillary's glow? Is that why he won the presumptive candidacy? Because he glowed more than Hillary? Define glow. Is McCain's glow radioactive?

These people aught to be embarrassed.

If you want to discuss how Obama's recent decisions have annoyed some in the progressive and Democratic camp, then do so. Talk specifics. But don't tap dance around with crap like "Has he lost his glow?" What are we? Moths attracted to the flame?
