4. Can Der Decider actually do that?

Can he issue a blanket pardon as he leaves office for anyone who ever engaged in law breaking for him and the Republican party?

That is an astounding reach of power. No wonder he is always smirking.

I know that President Ford issued a pardon for Nixon even before he was ever charged. So if that's the case it seems plausible that Dubya can just decree as the Royal Decider that if any crimes are ever found out to be perpetrated by ANYONE who he has ever known or come into contact with they are to be forthright pardoned of those crimes.

There is no checks on this?
