According to two Ohio attorneys, in 2000, the Republicans stole the election in Florida. In 2004, they stole the election in Ohio. Since then Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fitrakis have been searching for the truth.

On July 17th, 2008, they held a press conference announcing that they had whistleblowers who have implicated Karl Rove and others in a national strategy to steal elections. After the press conference they sat down with Velvet Revolution and discussed the case.

The GOP network was breaking several laws all at once. RNC, and many other non-governmental agents like GW.com were sharing the same servers as those in Chattanooga, TN which have conveniently "lost" or erased the data from those years.

"Since then Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fitrakis have been searching for the truth" is not exactly what is going on. They are attorneys in a litigation against the State of Ohio for stealing the election. That is a lot different.

In my view, the Republicans, not Blackwell and the State of Ohio, were the problem.
But they are in a lawsuit, and you need to make a case where the law provides a cause to sue.
