This was taken from a 1981 beta tape recorded off TV.

A strangely fun and bouncy public service ad from the NY Dept. of Health. The catchline (sung) is "It's the number #1 fact of life, VD gets around!"

Interesting to see how public officals dealt with the subject of sexual transmitted diseases in pre AIDS/Reagan America.

1. Can you imagine the likes of Focus on the Family...
and all the Dobson's of this country if a Dept. of Health or the CDC came out with a commercial like that now?
