I just watched both versions all the way through and it's amazing. I was convinced on watching the remix that somehow new lyrics had been dubbed in, but no changes have been made to the original sound track at all.

This remixer has taken Eminem's original, powerful, dark and angry song/vid and stood it on it's head -- turned it into Obama's determined optimism and drive for positive change.

An impressive job and breathtakingly appropriate... definitely got me fired up and ready to go!

Exactly what I thought.

I hope more people stop in and see it and that it gets K&R'd a lot more.

I think a lot of people have lost sight of the vast wasteland of fucked up shit this administration has done and that we should be just as fired up to pull back the curtain and remember what was exposed leading up to the '04 election, but to expound upon that as to what fucked up shit has been exposed since '04.

This might only be a video, but I think it deserves to be seen again, and again, again.

When I first saw it, I thought also that new lyrics had been dubbed in, so I found the original Eminem version and it hasn't been changed one iota.

The original lyrics could have been written for Obama. I had EXACTLY the same reaction you did -- chills and tears.

I was a huge fan of the original and whoever the guy is that did this one really put his mind to it and matched up the images well w/ the lyrics.

17. Very well done- though one critique...

for starts- i love the way the pics make the lyrics current, and how the superimposed titles at the beginning and the end help. but-

the "Fuck Bush" frame in the middle is too much and it takes away from the powerful message of the lyrics. those words don't need to be reinforced. they come across quite strong enough in context of the verse. just seems to cheapen it instead of feeling organic to the song- and hell- the whole piece screams those two words.

I was clicking through my videos on YT today, and out of curiosity, clicked on the "Stats and Data" tab on the Mosh remix and found this website. I was amazed to see how much support there was for this video. I literally had no idea. So I want to take this time to thank those of you who watched and passed this video along to others. When I made it, I didn't expect it to crack a hundred views let alone a thousand...

I don't want to offend anyone, but I am an independent... one of those people who have lost faith in the Democratic Party especially in these past two years when Pelosi and others have failed their fellow democrats and the American people.

But I do have HOPE and faith in Senator Barack Obama...
