5. they both had a Klingon joke...

Colbert had a Klingon joke about "fighting with honor" or something like that after one of the Republican primary debates. It turned out that four days earlier, Cenk had basically made the same joke.

The thing is--and I love Cenk and always love his take on things--it was a pretty obvious joke AND Colbert's show told it much better. I mean, when I was watching Colbert, I knew exactly what he was leading up to (well, either Klingons or Conan the Barbarian or something in that vein).

7. Cenk's "lawsuit" was a JOKE. Also, Cenk doesn't have a well paid team of comedy writers!

I love Colbert and Stewart. But look, they weren't on the air during the writer's strike.

Cenk on the other hand does a 3 hour show every day with no script and no prompter. His show isn't as funny and I'm not saying his delivery ever *could* be as funny, but all things considered he does a damn good job in that context.

People tend to forget those things, it's apples and oranges.

I probably saw it but have forgotten. The old memory is not what it use to be, and the stress I am under is not helping it at all.
