2. I watch this on CSPAN last night...

the author of "Collateral Damage" Chris hedges interview by Brian Lamb was one most powerful interview I've seen regarding the Iraq war and how our government has been taken over by corporation. I advise anyone who miss that interview to order the DVD from Cspan.org

3. I saw this interview with Chris Hedges on

c-span on Sunday. Very powerful. I am in awe of the stamina and righteousness of Mr. Hedges in his insistence on forcing these issues into the public.

He said he could not vote for anyone who did not propose a complete withdrawal of our forces from both Iraq and Afghanistan. He said shifting the surge to Afghanistan was another horrible blunder that would just exacerbate the problem of terrorism. I fear he is right but the economic forces pushing for eternal war are not listening.

It's not just a catchy slogan...it's reality folks. I've seen things DONE BY US that would make you shudder in disbelief.

The neocon chicken hawks would only rationalize it by saying "I hate my country" if I shared it. But f*ck them!!
