During Colbert's Talk there was a scene of Gov. Palin with Sen. MsSame speaking about the 18 million cracks in the glass ceiling, McSame had 1 clap, was gritting his teeth, and took an 1/8 to 1/6 turn appearing to wish to move Gov. Palin away from the microphone.

... because you know this is exactly what happened in the office of every right wing pundit ... who????? And then they got their marching orders on the faxes and began talking up this lady who has very little experience in public office. They bashed Obama based on his "lack of experience" and then preceded to up a lady with 1/8th the experience as Barack Obama. Logic and reason be dammed, they've got vacation houses to pay for.

I heard the argument over the weekend that the "experience" argument wasn't working. However, this may have been the only thing keeping McCain "in the game". Here in red state land, I heard a lot of fence sitters immediately declare McCain a dead duck. The right wingers whose only concern is upholding their religious vitriol, were of course very pleased. They care nothing for knowledge or experience, they only care about mindlessly following their preachers.
