Kerry went on the attack in 04, however, the media ignored it for the most part.

And the media IS still doing it to Obama. I watched a MSNBC coverage of rallies for McCain (which they aired in its entirety) followed by Obama (which they cut away from as Obama was still speaking).

I think Obama will have the unfair advantage when it comes to the media and a level playing field.

that the media is doing the same to Obama like they did to Kerry. They laughed at Gore too in 2000. Hopefully the Democrats will be consistent with the unity message and have Obama's back. Kerry and others (i.e. McCaskill, Richardson, etc.) have done a nice job of that so far. :patriot:
