I've met some people that hate cats. After some time, I've learned things about these sorts of people (my cats don't like them either) that is pretty disgusting in most cases and they are not trustworthy - cats know this too.

A young man came to my house to fix a plumbing problem. He was a cat lover and admired my cats. He did a great job and fixed the problem and didn't charge me twice the price. Cat lovers and their cats are special! :)

Mark Twain was a cat lover btw. He used to rent a few to keep him company when he went on vacations. :thumbsup: :D

But I give them the benefit of the doubt if they've never had one or lived with one because often once they have they are converted to being cat lovers.

Isn't that interesting that Mark Twain like cats? I found that out about him when I was helping my daughter do a book report on him earlier this year. I always liked Twain, but that made me appreciate him even more to find out he was a fellow cat lover. Very interesting fellow, Twain, way ahead of his time in many ways. I wonder if he ever said anything about people who didn't like cats?!

:hi: and thanks! I printed this out. My father was one of those that never much liked cats until he ended up with my cat. He was home all alone during the day and he got very attached to my cat and refused to give him up! When said cat passed away, he got another cat that looked just like the one he stole from me and he named it the same named with the #2 after it!
