These kinds of stories (this, McCain calling his wife a c#nt in public, his affair, his rape joke, etc.) are (sadly) more likely to influence many low-info voters than real policy discussions are.
Like it or not that means that it's good that some of us are spreading the word about them. Personally, I like to do both...something like an 90/10 split, give or take, of (that's not untrue to my knowledge, otherwise I wouldn't push it).

I agree that stories like these are likely to sway low info voters. And those are probably the majority of those who are not decided. It'd be nice if we could have a serious debate. But, we can't bring a knife to gun fight.
