The sound isn't that great. But this is good stuff, he does well here and knows foreign policy.

A touch dry, but he does a great job of outlining why Obama would be good on foreign policy. Obama has a fantastic style and temperment to work on world issues.

It is a good, insightful speech from someone who really knows what he's talking about.
Obama has the leadership qualities this world needs: Responsibility, accountability, thoughtfulness vs. impulsiveness and the ability to truly talk and connect with the policymakers of this world.
But watch the video for yourselves, Dennis Ross explains this much better!
(it's a pity the sound isn't better, but it's worth it!)
