1. I happened to catch this last night and thought that Krugman did a poor job. He did not
seem to be prepared with any substantial back-up to the assessment he was making.

It was an opportunity to put some nails in the McCain coffin, but Krugman was using a Fisher-Price plastic hammer.

Our side cannot afford to let opportunities like this slip - they are too rare in the corporate media. KO seemed to be trying to lead his guest from point to point, but Krugman failed to do much more than give his opinion. He needed to do MUCH BETTER!

4. He could hardly have been harder on Phil Gramm (see comment below).

Or at home people vote a lot on image and what I tend to find is our side has some beautiful people. Let's just not give them anything to sway the vote their way, is all I'm saying. Just a suggestion.
