He's blind, so he has to memorize his speeches. If he's asked about an issue, he can rattle off stuff like this interview off the top of his head. The man has a mind like a steel trap! And he's quite witty. He even makes some good blind jokes. WTG Gov!

i never was happy about Eliot Spitzer. Can you believe i forgot his name and had to look it up!!(LOL!) i didn't like him in the primaries, and i sure as heck didn't like him as governor. there was something about him that just rubbed me the wrong way. patterson seems to have a head on his shoulders.

I saw him on Colbert and was blown away. He topped Colbert a couple of times. Not too many people can do that.
