Al Gore said that he took the initiative as the head of the committee that funded the creation of the internet, because he did that, and people will be laughing at him for the rest of eternity as the guy who "invented the internet." Now McZombie's tardo campaign aide goes off and says that Grandpa created the BlackBerry because some time in the last 15 years he sat on the Commerce Committee -- which, I don't know, allowed people to buy stuff? -- and he gets a pass?
I vote that it was all a misunderstanding. That McZombie's campaign was actually referring to how back in the day, McZombie invented the blackberry -- you know, the aggregate fruit, the ovaries of a plant belonging to the genus Rubus Eubatus -- possibly some time before Vietnam. I could buy that.
