Actress and writer Carrie Fisher (of Star Wars fame) talks to AMERICAblog's John Aravosis and Joe Sudbay about George Bush, John McCain and Sarah Palin. She includes a true story about how George Bush likes to fart in public, on command.

1. Yes, it's superficial, but it's what low information voters

base their choice on. McCain is ugly. Palin has a habit of screeching.

If anyone reading this is living with any sort of an addict, I recommend Fisher's "Postcards from the Edge." Toward the beginning of the novel is an interior monologue from an addict that is nothing short of harrowing and is the best insight into addictive psychology that I have ever read.

Fisher is no dummy, in other words. She knows what this superficial stuff is really all about.
