That's the question being asked. How can the US continue to dictate to the world? The answers are a bunch of empty blather, none of which show the speakers give a flying fuck about integrating the US cooperatively with the world. It's all: the US must necessarily "lead", even on policies where the US is so far behind the curve as to have been holding the world back for decades. I'm 1/2 thru' part 3 now, and I expect to hear the defining phrase soon enough "we have to use carrots as well as sticks".
