1. This Tard didn't even know what the term "Ponzi Scheme",

meant until some campaign advisor probably told him about it recently. This fucker is so utterly vapid, whenever he walks into a room, all of the air goes rushing into the empty void in his skull. I think this bail-out is also a FRAUDULENT "investment operation", which may not promise high returns, but to fend off "worse" from happening.
