9. It's actually pretty good, I think.

The tune is catchy, and works well with the imagery. The announcer's voice is fine too, so long as you don't come to it with the preconception that an attack ad has to use "the scarey voice". I think the lighthearted feel of this is likely to give viewers the impression that John McCain just goes his merry way with never a care for anybody else. It's kind of an ant/grasshopper thing.
