run only loud mouthed, egotists will be allowed to win debates..for brokjaw to allow the interruptions and script reading to continue, I feel our future is not going to the best and brighest, but to the most obnoxious!!! :grr:

3. Schaffer is an ass clown
He's floundering here in Colo and he sure behaved like a typical Rethug bully on the show.

4. I think it's up to the media/moderators
to stop this crap. If the guy just won't shut up, cut his mike. Then ask him to excuse himself if he can't behave with any decorum. The republicans seem to be the "shout the loudest" party...the moderators shouldn't let them get away with it during a "debate."

5. Fuck!
Mark Udall is a prime example of why we lose. He has the arguments and the facts, but he is too fucking accommodating to this piece of shit. He should tell him, straight up, to shut his clap. Naturally, he doesn't have to use those exact words but he should be firm. Instead, he remains polite and ends up looking weak. Your average, inbreed hayseed is going to see that and think Schaffer is right because he is the most obnoxious. It just makes me sick how some Democrats don't get that they need to destroy their opponents. This is a fucking fight, not patty-cakes.

6. Now get this straight ...
The R guy is right that when the Fed dumps trillions of dollars into the banks, it erodes the value of every American's savings and income. Inflation is a tax as he correctly pointed out. I'm glad he mentioned it because while Republicans like to label Dems as "Tax and Spend" the Republicans have a much more insidious game -- and one that is far more harmful. They erode our financial position through the back door using the Fed to create huge volumes of money.

That much, I agree with him. But let's get this straight. The Fed has done that for 100 years and they don't need ANY government authority to do that. They can create any amount of money that suits them, giving it to all their banker friends to lend to the rest of us with interest, and not a dingle Senator, Congressman, or President can say a thing about it.

That is NOT with this bill is about, so learn the difference, you dumbass. This bill is not about creating $700B and giving it to banks. That happens all the time. if you don't like that, then join a movement to get rid of the Federal Reserve system.

No, this bill is about BUYING from bankers the BAD LOANS they have on their books to get them off the hook for writing off that bad debt. In other words, this bill is about inflating bank profits. That's all it is. It isn't about liquidity. it isn't about jobs. It isn't about health care. It is about letting banks off the hook for their bad decisions.

What is missing in all this discussion is whether or not that is truly necessary. Personally I am not convinced it is, but I don't have a vote.
