On the laugh,
I'm not his doctor or an expert, but expertise not really required
to detect the obstructed breathing in this clip.
The hissing type laugh would be an alternative to the
usual "HA" sound which requires a brisk and unobstructed
exhale, which is difficult for someone with COPD.

(reported) Born 10/27/1939 he just turned 69.
Most folks over 60 have some significant health issue. Life.
But not to worry, tales of John's demise are yet premature.

to get by. I know it's great from media's perspective but free advertising ensures a true democracy it is that easy really. Just one piece of legislation would change the whole deal. Especially given current economic conditions, anyways we are on the right tracks.
