It was recorded at National in NYC by Brent Hahn who I later hired, One day he said "you worked with The Ventures I recorded them once. And lo and behold it was this ten or so song video.

I was their record mixer for a couple of years so they brought me the tapes and one day in and out.

BTW Don Wilson is sitting cause he broke his ankle walking into the place.

Max loved Mel Taylor the drummer two Jews in goyische bands. Mel was a basic influence on Max and Max let him know it.

I loved Mel too. He always believed in my talent and could always count on a straight answer from me. No matter how pissed off I may have made him.

Mel suddenly died of cancer in 1994. :cry::yourock:

I've seen this on Youtube before but didn't realize that was Max. I'm sure I've seen every piece of live Ventures posted on Youtube. :)
