He said that there are true historical moments and faux ones.
The test is silence. With a faux the world keeps on chattering about it. A true one and for a few moments everyone stands in awe and silence.
We had a true one the night of the moon landing. We had another last night. For a moment we had to shut up and absorb what just happened. Then, you could hear the cheers reverberate around the world.

Never in my life have I seen people celebrate in such a way. Children from this day forth will be made to take tests about this. That is beyond my reasoning at this point.
