all she's done in the past was talk about wright, ayers, etc.
yesterday morning she was carrying on with her usual rant. do you think she changed overnight?

4. I have some doubts myself. |
|
Let's just see if she supports Obama like she said she would. I'm not going to hold my breath.

7. Although I agree that Elizabeth is a little narrow minded, |
|
You have to give Barack Obama his due. He was not my first choice for the Democratic candidate, but after the dust settled, and I actually listened to this man speak, I was drawn in. He is incredibly inspiring, and he can clearly motivate people, and get results. I think when Elizabeth had no choice but to listen, I believe that she 'got it'. And that's what we've been hoping for all along. Let's hope it spreads. Peace.

17. Wait a minute. What about all those associations in Obama's past? |
|
How did Obama winning the election suddenly nullify the danger posed by those associations?

6. Elisabeth said she will support the President because that is what |
|
Americans should do. So, she's blindly going to support him, not using her brain. Stupid.

Obama is a strong persuader. I have a co-worker that is somewhat Republican and she, just a few weeks ago, was talking about Obama as "so arrogant" and all of those BS talking points. I mean she took the attitude that she could not stand him. She finally said Colin Powell convinced her to vote for him, and she said she was going to but that she still thought he was so arrogant. That was then.... this morning she could not quit raving about his speech, went online a printed out a copy, talked about how beautiful it was, how he reminded her so much of Kennedy, how he seemed to love his family, how impressed she was that he reached out to those who did not like him.... I am telling you she did a 180. He can have that effect on people.

And if it's anything more than that I'll have to see it.

15. Sorry, I was hoping the skinny broad was going to get her |

comeuppance. I watched her pro-Palin speech at the Palin rally. She was a ranting maniac, IMO. I don't buy her pollyannish tripe for a moment. If she's that much of an overnight convert, I don't trust her. She's an idiot.

She strikes me as enough of a sheep to swing right around and follow like she thinks she's supposed to. However, I'll wait to see if today's baa-ing is genuine. Like you, I'm skeptical about it.
